Terms & Conditions

Our Products Listed on Other Websites

We make no claim in the accuracy of our product listings on websites other than our own http://redriverreloading.com. Occasionally another website will display a quantity or price for an item that is not correct. If the deal is way to good to be true or if you aren't sure about the quantity or price of an item. Please contact us. We make every effort to insure that the prices on our website, the inventory levels and other criteria are accurate. However, we are only human and do make mistakes in product listings occasionally. In the case that there is a discrepancy and the product is non returnable like ammo, powders and primers you are out of luck.

Product Listings & Stock Levels

We make every effort to keep our stock levels accurate and up to date. Unfortunately, it is impossible for it to be perfect. In the rare event that we are unable to provide you the products you ordered, we may ship from another warehouse or multiple warehouses to fill your order without notice or cancel your order and reverse your credit card charge. Depending on your credit or debit card vendor, there may be up to a 3 day hold on your funds. Normally, this is not the case and your funds are available immediately.

We have a very large number of products available on our website. We strive to keep the product titles, descriptions and features of each product accurate but it is almost impossible to be 100% accurate. If you have any questions about the product title or description, feel free to contact us for more information or visit the product manufacturer's website for more information.

Returns & Refunds

Ammunition Returns Policy

It is against the Dept. of Transportation rules for us to accept returned ammunition for obvious reasons. Be very careful when purchasing ammunition from Red River Reloading. Verify that you are purchasing the correct ammunition for your rifle, pistol or shotgun. If you aren't sure which type of ammunition your firearm requires, you can check the stamping on the barrel. Usually, the caliber is printed on the barrel. Always check with a qualified gunsmith if you are uncertain of the caliber or aren't confident in the markings on the barrel.
